I stayed in the Grand Ocean Suite. It has a big balcony with breathtaking ocean views. The room was super clean, with free toiletries, a minibar, and a coffee machine. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, featuring fresh pastries and various Thai dishes. The infinity pool was open 24/7, which was awesome for late-night dips. Fitness center was well-equipped too!

Spent a week in this place, gotta say the views from our room were amazing! And the infinity pool. Just wow, it was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day. I really appreciated how friendly the staff were, they always had a smile and were ready to help.

The Grand Ocean Room was absolutely stunning, and the kids loved the beach access. We really enjoyed spending our days at the pool, and a special highlight was the nearby Patong Boxing Stadium where we cheered for the fighters. Such a memorable experience!

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast could definitely be more varied. Also, a play area for the kids would have been a great addition for families with children.

Humidity in the corridors made navigating my stay uncomfortable, especially with the air conditioning struggling to keep things cool. The lighting system in the room felt more complex than necessary—a simple switch shouldn't need a manual. Accessing the beach was troublesome, requiring a dangerous cross of a busy road, and the rocky shoreline was less than inviting. Also, the layout forced me to take two elevators to reach my assigned room, which became quite exhausting over a four-night stay.

Enjoyed the spacious Grand Ocean Room and the free shuttle to Patong Beach. The restaurant served delightful meals, but WiFi needs an upgrade. Watch for room maintenance issues—mine had a couple of unexpected visitors. Overall, a solid choice for a beachfront getaway!
